  The Quinault Nation does "slash burns" in the fall. Slash burning is the burning
of piled limbs and debris from a logged unit. We utilize Wildland Firefighters for this crew.

  The Quinault Nation used to do Broadcst burns. Broadcast burns are when they burn an entire unit
that has been logged. Below are some archive pictures of broadcast burns on the Quinault Reservation.
